One of them is HydraMouse.

This simple Windows program allows configuring the mouse buttons to perform certain actions by combining them together. In this way, you will save a lot of time, especially when dealing with repetitive actions. The program is very simple to install and can work with virtually any mouse type, no matter how many buttons it has. At the first run of the program, a configuration wizard will be displayed, allowing the user to choose his mouse producer and also to set the number of buttons available.

After completing this simple wizard, one will be presented with a simple interface, which clearly states all the commands available. There are numerous tasks added to the program, which can be performed using a combination of two or three mouse buttons. For example, by pressing the left and right button, the user can open the My Documents folder. Each command can be customized and one can add new tasks and events into the program. Each command clearly shows what buttons should be used for performing it.
